  • Production & Transit Times: Because products are created on demand, production times are distinct from shipping transit times. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

2. Intellectual Property & Original Artwork

  • Original Creative Works: All graphic designs, artwork, layouts, visual compositions, illustrations, typography arrangements, product descriptions, and brand assets displayed on this website are the proprietary intellectual property of Rebel Terrestrial and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

  • Mockups vs. Finished Garments: Product photos on our website include digital mockups designed to give you an accurate representation of the garment and print. Due to natural variations in monitor color calibration, screen brightness, garment dye lots, and direct-to-garment (DTG) ink absorption across different fabric blends (e.g., 100% cotton vs. poly-cotton fleece), the final printed garment may show slight, normal variations in color saturation and texture.

  • Sizing Responsibility: Sizing charts and garment specs are provided on each product page. It is the customer’s responsibility to check measurements before ordering.

4. Orders, Pricing & Cancellations
